📮 Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours at info@albatrosslane.com.

After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we may not be able to update the address.

AlbatrossLane is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

AlbatrossLane is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost, stolen, misplaced, or taken after delivery.

However, we will do our best to help you investigate the issue with the carrier when possible.

For the best delivery experience, please use a secure shipping address where someone can safely receive the package.

📮 Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.

If the package is visibly damaged, please:

Take clear photos of the damaged package before opening it
Take photos or videos of the damaged item
Report the issue to the delivery courier if required

Please include your order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

📦 Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple products or bundle items, they may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability and logistics.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.
